Although we try our best to ship items out as fast as we can, we cannot promise that items will be delivered before Christmas as we are experiencing delays with some deliveries. Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive my items before Christmas?

Due to COVID related shipping delays, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your products by Christmas. Even though we try our best to dispatch your item within 1-3 working days, the delays are in fact with the courier/mail service and not The Farmers Channel. This means that the delays are out of our control.
Most of our orders are being delivered within a reasonable time, however delays are still to be expected and can still affect your order. We do apologise in advance if your order is affected by this.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes. Once we hand your order over to the delivery company, you should receive a tracking number to your email account.

Do the creators ship the products themselves?

No, we use a network of providers from around the word, which allows us to deliver around the world. Depending on demand/product type, your orders may be shipped from regions that are not local to you, with this system in place, we experience a very successful delivery rate.

So should I still order?

Yes, of course and you will hopefully receive your item in good time. The reason for all the warnings is because we have experienced a small percentage of affected orders during these uncertain times.

Where is my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us right away and we'll try our best to find out what the hold up is and get the order out and on it's way.

If it has already been dispatched and you have the tracking number in your email inbox, then it is out of our hands and in the hands of the mail carrier/shipper. If this is the case, we cannot provide any more information than is on the parcel tracking and following up with the mail company on the tracking link would help you locate your parcel.
